How long does it take for my order to be made and delivered?

Your products are carefully handcrafted by our team and will be delivered to you within a month.

What is the maximum size and number of colours for one design?

The maximum size for your preferred design will be 1500mmx250mm.

There is no maximum number of colours for a design.

Where can I place my designs?

Placements of the designs are entirely up to you. Most of the time, it is placed either at the front or the back of the apparel, other areas of placements can be further discussed (:

Can I provide Kinro with an image and get it embroidered even if it is not anime related?

Of course! We would be more than happy to work on your special designs with you!

What if I don't like acid-wash styles, do you have solid coloured shirts?

Unfortunately, as of right now, we do not carry solid coloured shirts, however our hoodies do come in solid colours

How do I make payment?

We accept bank transfers or paynow/paylah
